Membership Categories
The BBC welcomes all associations, corporates, and state-owned companies committed to promoting economic transformation, regardless of race. We offer a range of membership packages tailored to suit different needs, accompanied by exclusive benefits and opportunities. Categories include Business and Professional Associations as well as Corporate and Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs).
Business and Professional Associations
Membership fees for associations are based on the number of members and range from R30 000.00 excluding VAT to R1000 000.00 excluding VAT. As part of the BBC, associations have access to a network of like-minded professionals and businesses and opportunities for advocacy and policy development.

The Black Business Council
The Black Business Council (BBC) is the over-arching confederation that represents black professional, business associations and chambers. The primary purpose of the BBC is to lobby government on policy related matters and to play an advocacy role where policies are in place in order to accelerate the participation of black business in the mainstream economy.
